Directions: 1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees (350 F). Grease your pan (whether metal or glass) with butter or non-stick cooking spray and lightly flour. 2. Beat the powder cake mix, water and eggs in large bowl on high speed for 3 minutes. Pour the batter into pre-greased pan. 3. Bake in pre-heated oven as directed on illustrations (on box) according to pan shape. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. 4. Cool the cake for 10 minutes before removing it from pan.
