Directions: 1. Beat the powder with the milk and eggs in a large bowl till smooth and well combined. 2. Heat the pan over medium heat and oil it. Pour the batter in the hot pan until it covers the pan’s base. Cook until the crepes colour turn to light brown, turn and cook the other side as well. 3. Garnish according to your desires and taste.
